dormDoor

dormDoor is an automatic door opener, which both turns the handle and pulls open a door. The system is activated by RFID in addition to a web-based authenticated PHP interface, allowing control from any internet-accessible location.

dormDoor consists of an arduino, an ID-12 RFID reader, and generic parts such as Darlington transistors and motors with belt assemblies. All code is available on the project's repository. Feel free to re-make, and drop a comment below.

Digital Whiteboard

This "Digital Whiteboard" is composed of a touchscreen lcd and webcam attached to a laptop and speakers. The screen is affixed to a wall, while the laptop and speakers are stored out-of-sight above the drop ceiling. The device is networked, remote-controllable, and widget-capable.
